                | Bali remains the best Asia’s
                    international conference destination
                  Sanur
                    - Conference organizers (CO) from Australia judged Bali to
remain the best destination to hold international level conferences
                    in Asia.
The judgments were said by five heads of COs from the kangaroo
country who visited Bali for four-day long, from March 18
to 21 said Putri Hidayat, the marketing director of PT Pacific
World Nusantara (PWN) recently in Sanur, Denpasar.

“During in Bali we handled them. They considered that
Bali was still the best place for international events in
                    Asia,” she said.
Those four COs’ heads were namely Lex Dimond (managing
director of Liberty Event), Andrew Jones (of Flight Centera),
Belinda Henneman (of 212F) and Kara Davies (of ETM) and also
                    Mandy Worthy (of BTI).

Their arrivals in Bali were the result of cooperation program
between state owned Garuda Indonesia in Melbourne and Starwood
Hotels, Resort and Spa Australia. Their presence was to look
directly and closely tourism condition in Bali covering the
                    facilities, services, and security.
According to her, those COs’ heads agreed that Bali
was still the best place for conferences of groups from Australia,
thanks to its proximity to those groups from Australia.

“They were satisfied to get first hand and complete
information about Bali from various aspects such as security,
services, and facilities, therefore they have promises to
keep promoting Bali in their country, that Bali remains excellent
for the place of conference,” said Putri. *ari/ant
